在炼油、石油化工等工程项目建设中,由于现场施工条件苛刻,为工程建设带来了诸多不利因素,现场施工过程中的质量管理就显得尤为重要。本文以现场焊接管理为例浅谈质量管理基本方法“戴明环”在现场施工中的应用。戴明环又叫PDCA循环,是美国质量管理专家休哈特博士最先构想,后来被美国质量管理专家戴明博士再度挖掘和总结,并被广泛宣传和运用于持续改善产品质量的过程中。它又被人称为质量管理的基本方法,是连续过程的质量改善的科学程序。戴明环具有大环套小环,一环扣一环,小环保大环,推动大循环和阶梯式的上升等特点,统计技术的应用,可以有效的发现和解决问题,促进产品质量持续提升。
In the construction of oil refining, petrochemical and other construction projects, due to the harsh construction conditions on the site, many unfavorable factors have been brought to the project construction, and the quality management during on-site construction is particularly important. In this paper, the scene welding management as an example to talk about the basic method of quality management “Deming ring ” in the on-site construction. Deming ring, also known as the PDCA cycle, is the first idea conceived by American quality management expert Dr. Shewhart. Later, it was re-tapped and summarized by American quality management expert Dr. Deming and widely disseminated and used in the continuous improvement of product quality. It is also known as the basic method of quality management and is a scientific process of improving the quality of continuous processes. Deming ring with a large ring, small ring, a ring buckle, a small ring of environmental protection, to promote the characteristics of the cycle and the ladder-like rise, the application of statistical techniques, can effectively identify and solve problems, and promote product quality continued to improve.
