树立“大监督”格局是当前开展财政监督工作的一种方式创新,对于加强行政执行力、提高财政监督能力和水平具有重要意义。近年来,北京市崇文区财政局认真贯彻落实北京市财政监督会议精神,按照北京市财政局有关财政监督检查的工作要求,并结合该区加强行政执行力的工作部署,建立了全方位的大监督格局,积极广泛地开展财政监督检查工作。该局的财政监督工作得到了崇文区领导和北京市财政局的重视和认可,其行政监督工作在北京市人民政府法制办公室、北京电视台《法制进行时》栏目组联合录制的“依法行政在北京”节目中进行了专题报道,起到了良好示范作用。
Establishing the pattern of “supervise” is a way to carry out financial supervision at present. In recent years, Beijing Chongwen District Finance Bureau conscientiously implement the spirit of the Beijing Municipal Financial Supervision Conference, in accordance with the Beijing Municipal Financial Bureau on the work of the financial supervision and inspection requirements, combined with the district to strengthen administrative execution of the work arrangements, the establishment of a comprehensive Supervision pattern, actively and extensively carry out financial supervision and inspection work. The council’s financial supervision has been the leadership of Chongwen District and the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Finance’s attention and recognition of its administrative supervision in the Beijing Municipal People’s Government Legislative Affairs Office, Beijing Television Station “legal system” part of the joint record group “ Beijing ”program conducted a special report, played a good role model.
