近年来,随着煤矿企业改革改制的深入,企业通过一系列的改革,转变以往企业经营管理模式。伴随着经济体制和企业经营模式的转变,煤矿企业和其他的行业一样,劳动者的关系和利益关系都发生了深刻的变化。企业内部结构、劳动方式和职工思想观念等都随之改变,企业面临着巨大的挑战。本文从煤矿企业制度、在改革中应处理的问题等方面进行分析。
In recent years, with the deepening of reform and restructuring of coal mining enterprises, enterprises through a series of reforms, change the previous business management model. Along with the transformation of the economic system and business model, coal mines, like other industries, have undergone profound changes in their relations and interests. The internal structure of the enterprise, working methods and ideas of staff and workers all change accordingly. Enterprises are facing great challenges. This article analyzes the system of the coal mine enterprise, the problems that should be dealt with in the reform and so on.
