福州宝联化工有限公司年产2万吨增塑剂装置,经过一年多的紧张施工,日前试车成功。该装置采用新工艺,应用半连续法生产,已批量生产出合格产品邻苯二甲酸二丁酯投入市场。该项目是福州市政府重点扶持技术改造项目。福州医疗化工总公司为了进一步增强企业经济实力,拓展新的经济增长空间,实现产品结构调整,异地发展再创新业,通过引资、联营合作,选址福建长乐、总投资达1.20亿元,建设发展2万吨增塑剂、1万吨苯酐项目。前期增塑剂装置在建设过程中,得到福州、长乐市两级政府和主管部门的支持,控股的福州医疗化工总公司,派出得力的领导
