成立于1993年的青岛产权交易所,担当着国有资本退出“阳光通道”、组织产权交易市场平台的职能,作为青岛市国有资产管理工作的重要环节,产权交易市场的建设发展始终得到了青岛市委、市政府的大力扶持,青岛市国有资产管理办公室作为产权要素市场的行政管理者以超前的思维,敏锐的触觉精确把握了市场的发展脉络,十年磨一剑,青岛产权交易所聚集团队的力量和集体的智慧,一步一个脚印,奠定了自身在中国产权交易界的前沿地位,在业内做出了多次创举:举办全国第一次企业产权集中上市挂牌交易会;研发国内第一个针对非上市公司制企业的股权登记系统;牵头成立了立足山东、辐射黄河流域的开放型产权交易共同市场。成为全国三大区域市场之一;建立了澳大利亚等青岛产权交易涉外办事机构,为沿黄河流域及青岛市中小企业融资搭建起产权交易平台。2003年产权交易总额首次突破100亿元。比去年增长了137%。居全国同行业前列,为青岛市国有资本结构布局调整,以及市场资源的合理流动与优化配置提供了战略渠道。是怎样的一种运作,让青岛产权交易所以每年交易总额61.70%的速度递增。经过对总裁宫立安的采访,终于探寻到了他们在递增数字后面的“经营”秘密。
The Qingdao Equity Exchange, established in 1993, plays the role of state-owned capital exiting the “sunshine channel” and organizing the property rights trading market platform. As an important part of Qingdao’s state-owned asset management work, the development of the property rights trading market has always been achieved. Thanks to the strong support of the Qingdao municipal party committee and the municipal government, the State-owned Assets Management Office of Qingdao as the administrative manager of the property-related factor market grasped the development path of the market with advanced thinking and keen sense of touch. Ten years ago, the Qingdao property rights exchange gathered. The team’s strength and collective wisdom step by step laid the foundation for its own frontier position in China’s property rights trading community and made many innovations in the industry: the first national centralized listing and listing of corporate property rights; the first in research and development in China. A stock registration system for non-listed company-owned companies took the lead in setting up an open property rights trading common market based on Shandong and the Yellow River Basin. It has become one of the three major regional markets in the country; it has established foreign-related offices for property rights transactions in Australia, such as Qingdao, to establish property rights trading platforms for the financing of small and medium-sized enterprises along the Yellow River Basin and Qingdao. In 2003, the total amount of property rights transactions exceeded 10 billion yuan for the first time. This is an increase of 137% from last year. Ranked in the forefront of the same industry in the country, it provides a strategic channel for Qingdao’s adjustment of the state-owned capital structure, as well as the rational flow and optimization of market resources. What kind of operation is this, so that the Qingdao property rights transaction will increase at a rate of 61.70% of the total annual transaction volume.
