分析了生铁中的钛源、生铁降钛途径及林钢高炉冶炼条件下钛的还原情况。介绍了冶炼低钛生铁([Ti]≤0.03%)采取的精料、低硅操作、高风温、合理造渣等一系列技术措施。
The titanium source in pig iron, the way of titanium drop in pig iron and the reduction of titanium in the blast furnace of Lin Steel were analyzed. A series of technical measures of smelting low titanium pig iron ([Ti] ≤0.03%), such as fine material, low silicon operation, high air temperature and reasonable slagging were introduced.
