目的了解北京市顺义区各级医疗机构消毒效果情况,以便加强医疗机构消毒管理。方法通过随机抽样检测方法,对2011年-2015年该区各级医疗机构包括社区卫生服务中心的环境空气、物体表面、医护人员手的消毒效果、压力蒸汽灭菌器、使用中消毒液、医院污水进行监测。结果共采样6 141份,合格5 773份,合格率为94.01%,其中二级及以上医疗机构合格率为94.35%,一级医疗机构(包括社区服务中心)合格率为93.93%;环境空气、物体表面、医护人员手、压力蒸汽灭菌器、医院污水样品合格率分别为94.24%、93.61%、87.16%、98.57%、93.15%;不同年份监测合格率和不同样品监测合格率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论北京市顺义区医疗机构消毒效果监测总体合格率较高,医护人员手卫生合格率相对偏低,需要加强管理。
Objective To understand the disinfection effect of medical institutions at all levels in Shunyi District of Beijing in order to strengthen the disinfection management of medical institutions. Methods By random sampling method, the disinfection effect of the ambient air, the surface of the object and the hand of the medical staff at medical institutions at all levels, including the community health service centers, from 2011 to 2015, the effects of pressure steam sterilizer, disinfectant in use, hospital Sewage monitoring. Results A total of 6141 samples were obtained, of which 5 773 were eligible, with a passing rate of 94.01%, of which 94.35% were qualified as medical institutions of secondary and higher level and 93.93% of which were qualified as primary medical institutions (including community service centers). Conclusion The overall qualified rate of disinfection monitoring in medical institutions in Shunyi District of Beijing is relatively high, and the passing rate of hand hygiene of medical staffs is relatively low, and the management needs to be strengthened.
