刚刚从大学步入教坛的我是一个新生班的班主任,在班级管理中没有什么经验之谈。但是现在,请允许我谈一谈这半年来,一些在班级管理中的亲身体会,也借此机会来总结一下,我是如何管理自己班级的。
I just entered the teaching altar from the university I am a freshman class teacher, there is no experience in class management talk. But for now, allow me to talk about some of my personal experiences in class management over the past six months and to take this opportunity to summarize how I manage my own class.
