建立了交流电弧发射光谱测定铜、铅和锌矿石中锡的分析方法。优化了最佳的缓冲剂组分类型和配比,采用Ge作为内标,选择了最佳的分析线对和仪器条件,消除了背景干扰和主量元素的谱线干扰。方法检出限是0.12Lg/g,相对标准偏差为3.96%—6.99%,经国家一级标准物质验证,方法相对误差(R E)在8%以内。该方法测定结果准确,可靠,可以满足地矿实验室对铜、铅和锌矿石中锡的分析需求。
A method for the determination of tin in copper, lead and zinc ores by AC arc emission spectrometry was established. Optimized the optimal buffer component type and ratio, using Ge as the internal standard, chose the best analysis of the line and instrument conditions, eliminating the background interference and the main elements of spectral interference. The method detection limit was 0.12Lg / g and the relative standard deviation was 3.96% -6.99%. The relative error (R E) of the method was within 8% as verified by the national standard. The method is accurate and reliable, which can meet the need of analyzing the tin in copper, lead and zinc ores in geology and mine laboratory.
