运用在氮气流中測定蒸发速率的方法,研究了SnO-SiO_2系統中氧化亚錫的揮发性能。实驗証明:在一定条件下,氧化亚錫的蒸发速率的对数值与溫度、熔体成分之間存在着簡单的比例关系。根据实驗数据計算出SnO-SiO_2系中SnO和SiO_2的活度值。它們在所研究的熔体成份范围內对理想溶液有明显的負偏差。根据实驗結果,推測了負偏差产生的原因,指出在所研究的成分范围內可能不存在SnO与SiO_2之間的化合物。
The volatility of stannous oxide in SnO-SiO 2 system was studied by measuring the evaporation rate in a nitrogen flow. Experiments show that: under certain conditions, there is a simple proportional relationship between the logarithm of the evaporation rate of stannous oxide and the temperature and the melt composition. Based on the experimental data, the activity values of SnO and SiO_2 in SnO-SiO_2 system were calculated. They show significant negative deviations from the ideal solution over the range of melt compositions studied. According to the experimental results, the reason for the negative bias is speculated, and it is pointed out that there may be no compound between SnO and SiO 2 in the studied composition.
