以往大家认为高钙奶粉、高钙牛奶及高钙健康食品可以降低骨质疏松症,而最新的研究则显示:每天摄取高钙食物可以降低卵巢癌的发生率。这是美国夏威夷大学的博士研究妇女每日摄取钙质的资料分析发现的。博士研究小组研究了588名卵巢癌妇女及607名健康者每日摄取钙质的状况。这些被研究的人平均年龄是54.8岁,结果发现,每日摄取高钙食物确实与降低卵巢癌的发生有关。如果妇女每日摄取高钙食物,会比摄取钙质不足的人降低卵巢癌的发生率。
In the past, people think that high calcium milk powder, high calcium milk and high calcium health foods can reduce osteoporosis, while the latest research shows that daily intake of high calcium foods can reduce the incidence of ovarian cancer. This is the University of Hawaii doctoral study of women’s daily calcium intake data analysis found. The Ph.D. team studied the daily intake of calcium in 588 women with ovarian cancer and 607 healthy people. The average age of these people studied was 54.8 years old, the results found that daily intake of high-calcium foods and reduce the incidence of ovarian cancer. If women take high-calcium foods daily, they lower the incidence of ovarian cancer than those who take less than adequate calcium.
