针对静17块开发中单井产量递减快，注水开发效果差的状况，为做到合理、高效开发油藏，在综合分析沙三段下部岩性、物性、剩余油分布等特征，以及成功实施静33-侧平71井的基础上，对该断块侧钻水平井整体部署的方案进行了研究。
