结合工厂生产研究了弱脱氧条件下w([Al])<0.005%,16MnR钢水快速脱硫工艺。研究表明弱脱氧钢水采用大渣量出钢渣洗和强搅拌LF精炼工艺可以实现快速脱硫。转炉出钢渣洗脱硫率分布在14.8%~59.1%,平均为35.7%;经过LF精炼,钢水硫含量全部符合钢种要求,其中w([S])<0.015%的炉次占77%。成品硫质量分数分布在0.006%~0.016%,平均硫质量分数达到0.011%。
Combined with the factory production, we studied the rapid desulfurization process of w ([Al]) <0.005% and 16MnR molten steel in the condition of weak deoxidation. The research shows that the weak deoxidation molten steel can be rapidly desulfurized by using the slag with a large amount of steel slag and a strong stirring LF refining process. The leaching rate of slag from the converter was between 14.8% and 59.1%, with an average of 35.7%. After LF refining, the sulfur content of the molten steel all met the requirements of the steel grade, and 77% of the furnaces with w ([S]) <0.015%. The sulfur content of the finished product ranged from 0.006% to 0.016%, and the average sulfur content reached 0.011%.
