随着计算机技术的快速发展,电子政务得到了长足的发展,同时,因为需求分析不当造成电子政务项目建设失败的比例也不断增大.本文通过需求分析概述,在电于政务中的需求分析实施思路,需求分析阶段常见问题三个方面进行阐述.对需求分析在电子政务项目建设中的方法与作用进行了科学论述.
