无论是钢板、板卷,还是棒材或型材,它们的表面缺陷主要有两种基本来源:轧制过程产生或起始于板坯/方坯来料。通常,裂纹等各种各样的缺陷大多源于初始铸坯,而非产生于后面的工序。不管是方坯还是板坯,各种缺陷的产生机理是类似的。描述板坯/方坯上存在的各种缺陷,并举例不同工艺条件下这些缺陷的表现形式。此外,还提出判定各种缺陷的一些指导准则。
Whether steel, coil, or bar or profile, their surface defects are mainly two basic sources: the rolling process to produce or start in the slab / billet incoming. In general, various defects such as cracks are mostly originated from the initial slab, not from the subsequent process. Whether it is billet or slab, a variety of defects generated mechanism is similar. Describe the various defects that exist on the slab / billet and illustrate the manifestation of these defects under different process conditions. In addition, some guidelines for determining various shortcomings have also been proposed.
