为了提高精铸燃油烧壳的热效率,减少热损失,降低油耗,减少窑炉占地面积,提高加热质量和劳动生产率,以达到节能增产的目的,我厂研制成功一种硅酸铝全纤维炉衬,燃烧室在外,加余热利用的新型、高效节能炉窑,经半年多时间实践,节能效果显著,重油单耗比改造前降低2/3左右,其主要技术参数如表1:
