一九五九年高中毕业以后,我留在母校任教。由于学校的培养和老师们的帮助,我很快担任了高中物理课的教学,并跟班而上,不久,便和我的老师一道,组织毕业班的总复习。 作为一个高中毕业生,要担负高中课程的教学和毕业总复习的任务,我感到自己知识浅,站得低,在使用教材时不能居高临下,运用自如。当然也就谈不上挖掘内在联系,概括基本规律和大胆处理教材了。当时对我来说,最紧迫的问题是如何通过自学进修,提高自己的教学水平,以适应教学的需要。
After graduating from high school in 1957, I stayed at my alma mater. Thanks to the training of the school and the help of the teachers, I quickly took the high school physics class and went to work. Soon, I worked with my teacher to organize a review of the graduating class. As a high school graduate, to take on the task of teaching high school courses and the task of reviewing graduation, I feel my knowledge is shallow and I stand low. Of course, there is no way to tap the internal links, summarize the basic laws and boldly handle teaching materials. At the time, the most pressing issue for me was how to learn through self-education and improve my teaching level to meet the needs of teaching.
