政府主导作用的有效发挥是实现我国医药卫生事业科学发展的关键,正确理解政府主导的内涵是坚持实现医疗卫生领域政府主导的前提。当前学界从不同角度界定医疗卫生领域政府主导概念,但对政府主导概念的理解存在一定的差异。通过对学界视域中政府主导概念界定的评析,以全面、深入揭示政府主导的概念、内涵和本质,为学术研究和政策制定提供参考。
The effective utilization of the leading role of the government is the key to realize the scientific development of medical and health undertakings in our country. Correct understanding of the connotation of government-led is the premise of insisting on government-led implementation in the field of medical and health care. Currently, scholars from different angles define the dominant concept of government in the field of health care, but there are some differences in the understanding of the dominant concept of government. Through the appraisal of the definition of the dominant government concept in the field of scholar, this paper provides a comprehensive and in-depth reveal of the concept, connotation and essence of the government leading, and provides a reference for academic research and policy making.
