目的 提高对小肠原发性肿瘤Ｘ线诊断的认识。方法：回顾分析经手术和病理证实的小肠原发性肿瘤４０例的临床资料和Ｘ线所见。结果：小肠原发性肿瘤的主要Ｘ线表现包括：（１）充盈缺损；（２）肠腔狭窄；（３）粘膜破坏、管壁僵硬；（４）龛影；（５）小肠肠管移位；（６）肠梗阻或肠套叠。结论：依照上述小肠肿瘤的Ｘ线表现术前可以作出正确诊断。
Objective To improve the understanding of X-ray diagnosis of primary small bowel tumors. Methods: The clinical data and X-ray findings of 40 cases of primary small bowel tumors confirmed by surgery and pathology were retrospectively analyzed. RESULTS: The main X-ray manifestations of primary small bowel tumors included: (1) filling defects; (2) intestinal lumen stenosis; (3) mucosal destruction, wall stiffness; (4) ecchymosis; (5) intestinal small bowel displacement (6) Intestinal obstruction or intussusception. Conclusion: According to the above X-ray findings of small bowel tumors, correct diagnosis can be made before surgery.
