目的:研究一贯煎提取的多糖对小鼠实验性肝损伤的保护及体内超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化脂质(LPO)的影响。方法:采用四氯化碳(CCl4)致小鼠肝损伤,测定生化指标,观察病理组织学改变,检测小鼠ig多糖后体内SOD活性和LPO含量,与对照组进行比较。结果:一贯煎多糖明显降低CCl4引起的小鼠血清丙氨酸转移酶(ALT)升高,减轻肝细胞的变性坏死,升高小鼠体内SOD活性,减少LPO含量。结论:一贯煎多糖与其煎剂有类同作用,揭示多糖可能是药效学成分之一,为临床用方治病提供实验依据。
OBJECTIVE: To study the protective effects of polysaccharides extracted from Yitong decoction on experimental liver injury in mice, and the effects of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and lipid peroxidation (LPO) in vivo. Methods: The liver injury of mice was induced by carbon tetrachloride (CCl4). The biochemical indexes were measured and histopathological changes were observed. The activity of SOD and the content of LPO in mice after ig polysaccharide were detected and compared with the control group. RESULTS: A total of Jianzhi polysaccharide could significantly reduce the serum alanine transferase (ALT) elevation caused by CCl4, reduce the degeneration and necrosis of hepatocytes, increase the activity of SOD in mice, and reduce the content of LPO. Conclusion: All-over fried polysaccharides have similar effects with decoctions, revealing that polysaccharides may be one of the pharmacodynamics components and provide experimental basis for clinical treatment.
