药物引起的慢性高胃泌素血症对胃内、外分泌的影响仍了解不全。本研究旨在检查人类长期服用奥美拉唑(OME)对胃内分泌细胞群的作用,并研究高胃泌素血症、泌酸粘膜胃炎与内分泌细胞增生之间的关系。
Drug-induced chronic hypergastrinemia on the stomach, exocrine effects still incomplete understanding. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of long-term omeprazole (OME) on human gastric herds and to investigate the relationship between hypergastrinemia, oxyntic mucosa gastritis and endocrine cell proliferation.
