INTRODUCTION This chapter presents discussions and recommendations on future HSCT technologies, looks at the market potential of this class of aircraft, and outlines NASA’s contribution to the technology needed to develop high-speed transport aircraft. The following are the key recommendations throughout this chapter, with specific recommendations in order of priority.
