目的探讨激光治疗对婴幼儿皮肤血管瘤患者血浆血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)及碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)表达水平的影响。方法选取在我院美容门诊接受激光治疗的腹部表浅血管瘤患者109例,其中增生期患者74例,消退期患者20例,消退完成期患者15例;对照组10例为在我院小儿外科接受治疗的非血管瘤患者。酶联免疫吸附分析法检测各组患者外周血血浆中VEGF及bFGF浓度,并对其中23例增生期血管瘤患者激光治疗前后血浆中VEGF及bFGF浓度的变化进行动态观察。采用SPSS16.0软件包对数据进行统计学处理。结果增生期血管瘤患者血浆VEGF浓度明显高于消退期、消退完成期患者及对照组(P<0.01);增生期患者血浆bFGF浓度明显高于消退期、消退完成期患者及对照组(P<0.01);血管瘤患者激光治疗后血浆中VEGF及bFGF浓度较激光治疗前均显著降低(P<0.01)。结论婴幼儿皮肤血管瘤激光治疗后,血浆中VEGF及bFGF的浓度下降;VEGF及bFGF有望成为评判婴幼儿皮肤血管瘤激光治疗效果的客观检测指标。
Objective To investigate the effect of laser treatment on the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) in infantile cutaneous hemangiomas. Methods A total of 109 cases of superficial hemangiomas with laser ablation in our clinic were selected, including 74 cases of proliferative phase, 20 cases of extinction and 15 cases of complete remission. The control group of 10 cases were treated in our hospital for pediatric surgery Non-hemangiomas treated. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used to detect the plasma levels of VEGF and bFGF in each group, and the changes of plasma VEGF and bFGF levels in 23 patients with proliferative hemangiomas were observed before and after laser treatment. SPSS16.0 software package for statistical analysis of the data. Results The plasma levels of VEGF in patients with proliferative hemangiomas were significantly higher than those in patients with receding and extinction stages (P <0.01). The plasma levels of bFGF in patients with proliferative phase were significantly higher than those in patients in receding and receding stages (P < 0.01). The plasma levels of VEGF and bFGF in laser hemangiomas were significantly lower than those before laser treatment (P <0.01). Conclusions After the laser treatment of infantile cutaneous hemangiomas, the concentration of VEGF and bFGF in plasma decreases. VEGF and bFGF are expected to be the objective indexes to evaluate the effect of laser hemangiomas in infants.
