代料栽培香菇近年来在全国各地迅速推广,已形成星火燎原之势,成了菇农致富的一条好途径。目前,代料栽培香菇的技术普遍停留在露地畦床式栽培。这种栽培方法存在着占地面积大(8000袋需要一亩地),搭棚用材量多,花工大等缺点。而且畦床上用拱型塑料薄膜覆盖菌筒,在通风换气,采菇喷水等掀膜覆膜操作工序相当繁琐。
