随着矿井生产开拓的延伸和运输距离的加长,矿车运输的负荷相应提高,对于蓄电池式电机车,其电池的使用寿命和质量就日益显得重要。根据对蓄电池式电机车运行情况的统计,其使用的电瓶远远达不到标准寿命500-700个循环,一般在200-300个循环左右。找出电瓶寿命下降的原因并采取相对应的措施,无疑对保证生产、节支降耗提高企业效益有着积极的意义。
