本文介绍传感器静态特性校正的一般方法,并对校正公式进行了一定的处理,使之适于用微处理机进行实时运算。文中还给出了用Z8000微处理机汇编语言所编制的特性校正程序,其主要特点是用整数运算达到了较高的计算精度,并用单字长乘法指令实现了特性校正中的高次多项式运算,大大加快了运算速度。程序中所用的算法在一定程度上具有普遍意义,可广泛应用于实时测量和控制系统。
This article describes the general method of sensor static characteristics correction, and the correction formula for a certain deal, making it suitable for real-time computing with a microprocessor. The paper also gives the characteristic calibration program compiled by Z8000 microprocessor assembly language. The main characteristic of the program is that it achieves higher calculation accuracy by using integer arithmetic and high-order polynomial operation in characteristic correction by word length multiplication instruction. Greatly speed up the operation speed. The algorithm used in the program to a certain extent, has universal significance, can be widely used in real-time measurement and control systems.
