电机车是煤矿井下运输系统中一个重要的组成部分,而良好的前方道路照明,则是保证电机车安全运行的先决条件之一。目前大多数矿井中的电机车都是处在低照度以至无照度状态下长期运行,这不仅限制了列车的行驶速度,影响到运输能力的最大发挥,而且也是发生运输事故的主要原因。本文对电机车行驶中的照明问题提出一些看法及解决措施。一、电机车行驶照明现状我国井下电机车主要分架线电机车和蓄电池电机车两种。架线电机车通常采用275V和550V电压等级的直流电源通过线路供电,蓄电池电机车使用机载蓄电池供电(单节蓄电池电压为2V,串联后成24V、48V、72V、及96V等电压等级)。蓄电池电机车已有专用配套的隔爆型机车照明灯,型号为DMB—24,系仿制苏联产品,其光源一般使用汽车及拖拉机前大灯所用灯泡,规格为24V、35W。架线电机车情况比较复杂,目前市面上还没有与275V相对应的灯泡,比较先进的是采用直流电源变换装置(即直流逆变器),将275V或550V直流电源降至12V、24V或36
Electric locomotives are an important part of underground coal mine transportation system. Good front road lighting is one of the preconditions to ensure the safe operation of electric locomotives. At present, most electric locomotives in mine are in long-term operation under low illumination and no illumination, which not only limits the traveling speed of train, but also affects the maximum transportation capacity, which is also the main reason of transportation accidents. This article puts forward some opinions and solutions to the lighting problem of electric locomotive.
