作为过去几十年来中国改革开放进程的核心部分之一,国企改革长期以来一直与中国本土的理论研究保持着高密度的互动。面对当前全面深化改革的新形势,原有的利益均衡有可能会在顶层设计的政治姿态下被打破,其所释放的制度变革空间和制度设计需求理应得到学界的理论回应。近年来实验室实验研究在国内外得到快速发展,本文结合国企改革的渐进式特点总结了这一研究范式在考察经济主体利益博弈交互及微观机制设计等方面的意义,并从行为和神经两个视角对当前和今后的研究进行分析展望。
As one of the core parts of the process of China’s reform and opening up over the past few decades, the reform of state-owned enterprises has long maintained a high-density interaction with the theory of the Chinese mainland. Facing the new situation of deepening the current reform in an all-round way, the original balance of interests may be broken under the political design of the top-level design. The space for institutional reform and the demand for system design deserved to be echoed by the academic circles. In recent years, laboratory experimental research has been developed rapidly at home and abroad. This paper summarizes the significance of this research paradigm in examining the interaction of game players and the micro-mechanism design of state-owned enterprises in light of the gradual characteristics of state-owned enterprise reform.
