为了解微波对牛奶的消毒效果,我们对本市莫城食品机械二厂生产的《9WSN—1000》微波设备消毒牛乳效果进行了观察。微波消毒器采用9.5兆赫波源,微波处理时间为10s,处理鲜乳能力为100kg/h,牛乳消毒温度为80℃。结果:对微波处理前后的8对配对样品进行检测。脂肪含量消毒前为2.63~4.12%,消毒后为2.40~3.87%;蛋白质含量消毒前为2.42~4.12%,消毒后为2.16~3.09%;二者差别均无显著意义(P>0.05)。表明微波消毒牛
In order to understand the microwave disinfection effect on milk, we have observed the disinfection milk effect of “9WSN-1000” microwave equipment produced by this factory in Meicheng Food Machinery Factory. Microwave sterilizer with 9.5 MHz wave source, microwave processing time of 10s, processing capacity of fresh milk of 100kg / h, milk sterilization temperature of 80 ℃.
