住宅是人们为了满足自己的生活需要而顺应自然、改造自然创造出来的空间。随着人类的进化,文明的发展,住宅由单纯防风、御寒、抵御自然的空间,发展为具有重要意义的多功能生活空间。人们在长期适应自然、改造自然的斗争中,创造出多种、多样的住宅类型和居住形式,使住宅建设日益现代化。近年来,随着物质文明和精神文明水平的不断提高,人们对衣、食、住、行中的“住”越来越关心。城市是这样,农村也一样。改革开放以来,农民收入增加,广大农民对居住水平的要求也越来越高。建造一个什么样的住宅才能既适合现时的需要,又能适应将来的发展,已是摆在我们建设工作者面前的主要课题。这就要求我们要实事求是,因地制宜,用辩证发展的思想去考虑问题。下面仅就东北农村小康住宅建
Housing is the space created by people to adapt to nature and transform nature in order to meet their own needs. With the evolution of mankind and the development of civilization, residential space has evolved from a space that is purely windproof, cold, and natural, to a multi-functional living space of great significance. In the long-term struggle to adapt to nature and transform nature, people have created a variety of diverse types of residences and living forms that have made the construction of housing more and more modern. In recent years, with the continuous improvement of the level of material civilization and spiritual civilization, people have become more and more concerned about the “living” in clothing, food, housing, and transportation. The city is like this, and the countryside is the same. Since the reform and opening up, the income of peasants has increased, and the peasants’ demands for living standards have also become higher and higher. What kind of dwellings can be built to meet both the current needs and the future development is a major issue facing our construction workers. This requires us to seek truth from facts, adapt to local conditions, and use dialectical development thinking to consider issues. The following is only for the rural well-to-do housing construction in northeast China.
