我国农民工是一个庞大的特殊群体,数量众多、层次复杂,有关农民工社会养老保险制度的设计、定位、选择等情况也异常复杂。关于农民工社会养老保险制度的改革与创新已经成为构建和谐社会所必须研究和解决的重要课题。国内外很多学者对农民工养老保险的归属性、参保意愿以及影响因素等问题做了大量的研究。本文在对这些研究成果进行了系统总结的基础上,简要评析了研究现状,以求为该领域的进一步研究提供一些参考。
Migrant workers in our country are a large and special group with a large number and complex levels. The design, orientation and choice of the social pension insurance system for migrant workers are also extremely complicated. Reform and innovation of the social pension insurance system for peasant workers have become an important issue that must be studied and solved in building a harmonious society. Many scholars at home and abroad have made a great deal of researches on the attribution of pension insurance, willingness to participate in insurance and its influencing factors. Based on the systematic summarization of these research results, this paper briefly reviews the research status and provides some references for further research in this field.
