某厂在技术改造中所安装的加热炉风机运行时产生的噪声严重污染环境并有损职工健康。针对加热炉风机噪声特征,在风机进口处设计安装了阻性复合消声器,改进风口的软连接,增强转子叶轮刚度,做好转子叶轮的动静平衡及振动检测,把振动速度值控制在5 mm/s以下;选用隔声门和隔声窗并采用吸声材料包扎风机外壳和管网,调整风量,控制风门角度,避开通风系统异常噪声及突变。实施一系列降噪措施后使加热炉风机的噪声从84 dB(A)左右降低到78 dB(A)左右,平均降低了6 dB(A),使风机室周边环境得到了改善。

After a series of noise reduction measures were implemented, the noise of the furnace fan was reduced from about 84 dB (A) to about 78 dB (A), with an average reduction of 6 dB (A), which improved the ambient environment around the blower chamber.
