目的:考察纤维素酶水解栀子苷制备栀子苷元的最佳工艺条件。方法:采用单因素实验设计,考察反应温度、反应时间、水解介质的pH值3个因素对纤维素酶水解栀子苷制备栀子苷元的影响,确定纤维素酶水解栀子苷制备栀子苷元法的最佳反应条件。结果:纤维素酶水解栀子苷制备栀子苷元的最佳工艺条件为:纤维素酶水解的反应温度为50℃,反应时间为2h,水解介质的pH值为5.1。结论纤维素酶水解栀子苷制备栀子苷元的最佳工艺条件合理、可行,所得栀子苷元纯度较高。
Objective: To investigate the optimum conditions for the production of geniposide by the enzymatic hydrolysis of geniposide by cellulase. Methods: The single factor experimental design was used to study the effects of reaction temperature, reaction time and pH value of hydrolyzate on the production of geniposide by Geniposidase. The optimal conditions of hydrolysis of geniposide by cellulase Aglycone method the best reaction conditions. Results: The optimum conditions for the preparation of geniposide by cellulase hydrolysis of geniposide were as follows: the reaction temperature of cellulase hydrolysis was 50 ℃, the reaction time was 2h, the pH value of hydrolysis medium was 5.1. Conclusion The optimum conditions for the preparation of geniposide by cellulase hydrolysis of geniposide are reasonable and feasible. The obtained geniposide has higher purity.
