本试验采用通径分析方法,研究了与单株籽粒产量有关的8个性状穗行数、行粒数、百粒重、穗长、穗粗、株高、穗位高、穗长×穗粗对单株粒重的直接和间接效应,估算了诸性状的变异系数、广义遗传力、相关系数、通径系数等遗传参数。结果表明:百粒重、穗长×穗粗这两个性状不论单独还是共同对单株粒重的相对决定程度都是较高的,在影响单株粒重的诸因素中占主导地位。分析指出,穗长×穗粗通过其它性状对单株粒重的间接效应主要是通过百粒重影响的。初步认为,以这两个性状作为选择指标,直接选择,可望选出单株籽粒产量较高的草粮兼用玉米杂交种。
In this experiment, the path analysis method was used to study the grain yield of 8 traits related to the number of rows per plant, the number of rows, 100 kernel weight, spike length, ear diameter, plant height, ear height, spike length × panicle size The direct and indirect effects on the grain weight per plant were evaluated by genetic parameters such as coefficient of variation, generalized heritability, correlation coefficient and path coefficient. The results showed that the relative determinations of grain weight per plant weight, spike length × panicle weight, both individually and collectively, were higher, and dominated the various factors affecting the grain weight per plant. The analysis indicated that the indirect effect of spike length × panicle weight on the grain weight per plant was mainly influenced by the grain weight through other traits. It is preliminarily believed that with these two traits as the selection index, the direct selection can be expected to select the combination of maize hybrids with higher grain yield per plant.
