卧底式自移装置可实现薄煤层工作面刮板输送机机头/尾部的快速移动,活动支撑架是自移装置的重要部件,工作时受到弯扭矩和冲击力较大,承受载荷复杂,其强度对自移装置工作性能和可靠性有很大影响。通过对某型刮板输送机自移装置的力学分析及有限元强度分析,得到了上活动架、销轴、下活动架在危险工况下受力和应力分布,提出非悬臂式动力部安装方式来改善支撑架的受力状况,从而提高自移装置的性能及可靠性。
