65.如何防治鸭梨黑心病鸭梨黑心病是梨贮藏生理病害之一,雪花梨、长把梨也有类似现象。病变果先在梨心附近发生褐变,随后整个果心褐变,严重时波及果肉,果皮变暗,食之有酒味。在入库初期,果皮尚呈绿色或黄绿色时,果心开始变褐,称为“早期黑心”,主要由于鸭梨入库后,降温过快,引起低温伤害。另一种“后期黑心”,主要发生在贮藏后期,翌年2~3月份,果心果肉发生褐变。果实衰老引起的生理病害。
