随着人们生活水平的提高,家家户户购房的同时对停车位也提出了要求,配备多停车位的小区住房一般比配备较少停车位的小区住房容易销售。然而停车位配置比例及价格仍存诸多争议,配置比例一般在开发商规划设计时已确定,停车位价格则由当事方通过约定确定,而停车位价格较高的情况下,多数购房户难以承受。本文探讨将融资租赁模式引入住宅小区停车位之中,以期对人们关心的小区停车位问题有个良好的解决途径。
