女职工自身的权益保证情况会被企业的预估效益、内在约束及政府管控这几方面所影响,当前,女职工自身权益的保证程度不高就是由于有关制度在进行制定时存在不足。所以,政府要大力提倡企业职工构建相应的工会组织,创建企业女职工自身权益的保证弥补体制,从而更好地解决相应的问题。
The guarantee of the rights and interests of women workers themselves will be affected by the estimated benefits, internal constraints and government control of the enterprises. At present, the low level of guarantee for the rights and interests of women workers is due to the shortcomings in the formulation of the system. Therefore, the government should vigorously promote the workers and staff of enterprises to build the corresponding trade union organizations and establish the system of guarantee and compensation for their own rights and interests of the enterprise women workers so as to better solve the corresponding problems.
