中间合金V-Al作为一种冶炼钛合金工艺中最重要的原料之一,主要应用于对成分要求较高的TC18和Ti1023等钛合金的冶炼中,它对钛合金产品有着重要的影响。根据V-Al原材料的特性,采用高锰酸钾氧化法测定V-Al中的V含量。通过酸度的选择、氧化剂的选择、干扰元素的消除等一系列条件试验,确定了最佳的测定条件,得到的重复性和准确度良好。用标准加入法做回收试验,测得的回收率在99.225%~100.090%之间。试验证实该方法具有操作简单、方便、快速,适合应用于日常分析工作。
As one of the most important raw materials for smelting titanium alloy, V-Al master alloy is mainly used in the smelting of titanium alloys such as TC18 and Ti1023 which have high requirements on composition, and it has an important influence on titanium alloy products. According to the characteristics of V-Al raw materials, the content of V in V-Al was determined by potassium permanganate oxidation method. Through the selection of acidity, the choice of oxidant and the elimination of interfering elements, a series of conditions tests were conducted to determine the best determination conditions and the obtained repeatability and accuracy were good. Recycling test with standard addition method, the measured recovery was between 99.225% ~ 100.090%. The test proved that the method has the advantages of simple, convenient and fast operation, suitable for routine analysis.
