(一) “七五”是我国农业科研体制改革不断发展的时期。实践表明,农业科研体制改革促进了人们思想观念的更新,推广了科技与经济建设的结合,增强了科研机构的活力,促进了农业科技事业的发展。
(1) “The Seventh Five-year Plan” is a period of continuous development of the reform of China’s agricultural research system. Practice shows that the reform of agricultural research system has promoted the renewal of people’s ideas, promoted the combination of science and technology and economic construction, enhanced the vitality of scientific research institutions and promoted the development of agricultural science and technology.
