目的 探讨家蝇对DDVP抗性与乙酰胆碱酯酶敏感度和羧酸酶活性的关系 ,并探索家蝇对DDVP抗性生物化学标记 ,应用于家蝇抗药性的早期检测。方法 用乙酰胆碱酯酶对DDVP的敏感度作为家蝇抗性的生物化学标记检测了北京4个城区家蝇种群中具有不敏感乙酰胆碱酯酶个体的频率及其季节变化。结果 丰台区家蝇种群中到 10月份具有不敏感乙酰胆碱酯酶个体的频率明显高于其它 3个城区 ;海淀区具有不敏感乙酰胆碱酯酶的个体频率最低 ,一年中的变化也明显低于丰台区。西城区家蝇种群与海淀区比较接近 ,而朝阳区的种群则更接近于丰台区种群。结论 用药剂对CarE的抑制能力和AchE的敏感度作为家蝇对DDVP抗性的生物化学标记监测家蝇抗药性的变化是可行的。
Objective To investigate the relationship between DDVP resistance and acetylcholinesterase (AChE) sensitivity and the activity of carboxylesterase in Housefly (Musca domestica) and explore the biochemical markers of DDVP resistance in Musca domestica for the early detection of Musca domestica resistance. Methods The susceptibility of DDVP to acetylcholinesterase (AChE) was used as a biochemical marker of housefly resistance to test the frequency and seasonal variation of insensitive individuals with house-keeping insects in four populations in Beijing. Results The frequency of individuals with insensitive acetylcholinesterase in housefly populations in Fengtai district in October was significantly higher than that in the other three districts. The frequency of individuals with insensitive acetylcholinesterase in Haidian district was the lowest, and the change in one year was also significantly lower than that in Fengtai Area. The population of house flies in Xicheng District is closer to Haidian District, while the population in Chaoyang District is closer to that of Fengtai District. Conclusion The inhibition of CarE and the sensitivity of AchE using the drug as a biomarker of DDVP resistance in housefly are feasible to monitor the change of drug resistance in housefly.
