针灸治疗中风半身不遂疗效甚佳,报道也较多。用微波针灸治疗本病尚未见报道。我院针灸科近2年来使用微波针灸治疗脑血管病后遗症,收到较好的疗效,现报告如下。 1 临床资料 1.1 一般资料 2年来共观察了门诊病人、住院病人20例,其中男11例,女9例。年龄最大74岁,最小34岁,以51～70岁为最多。20例中,眩晕昏扑者17例,一侧肢体肌力为0级者15例,急躁易怒者20例。 1.2 诊断及疗效标准 20例患者均经CT扫描,确诊为脑血栓形成。疗效判定标准为:经1疗程(7次)以上治疗后,若肌力恢复1级以上者为好转;若
