一、高职院校实施创造性教育势在必行目前,我国高等职业教育迅猛发展,这对培养我国社会生产、建设、管理和服务等一线的技术应用型人才发挥着重要的作用。但由于长期以来,我国高职教育一味追求知识的灌输,忽视学生动手操作和创造潜能的开发,使学生多样化的创造潜能和个性得不到发挥,导致化学实验教学难以形成创造性思维成分较丰富的多种实验变式,从而不能充分发挥化学实验所蕴藏的创造性教育教学功能,不能使学生都投入到创造活动中去。进而造成了技术性岗位人才缺乏,技术创造型人才更为匮乏等。这在一定程度上直接影响着高等职业教育的健康和可持续性发展。因此,开展创造性教育,培养高职学生的创造能力迫在眉睫。
