档案信息作为一种重要的资源,对其开发利用不仅是社会发展的要求,也是档案工作服务于社会的必然选择。目前我国档案信息资源开发利用工作存在着不少问题,档案信息资源能发挥的作用与应发挥的作用之间还存在不小的差距,可通过转变观念,加强基础建设和现代化管理,丰富档案馆藏内容,提高档案管理工作人员的业务素质等举措,以加强档案信息资源的开发利用。
