目的比较无创呼吸机管道在消毒供应中心集中清洗消毒和临床使用科室自行清洗消毒的效果。方法以消毒供应中心集中清洗消毒的无创呼吸机管道为试验组,临床使用科室自行清洗消毒的无创呼吸机管道为对照组,比较两组目测、棉签检测法、菌落数检测的合格率。结果试验组清洗消毒合格率显著高于对照组。结论无创呼吸机管道在消毒供应中心集中处理,清洗消毒质量明显提高。
Objective To compare the effect of non-invasive ventilator pipe cleaning and disinfection in the disinfection supply center and self-cleaning disinfection in clinical departments. Methods The non-invasive ventilator pipeline which was cleaned and disinfected by the disinfection supply center was selected as the experimental group. The non-invasive ventilator pipeline self-cleaning and disinfecting departments were used as the control group. The visual inspection, cotton swab test and colony count were compared. Results Test group cleaning and disinfection pass rate was significantly higher than the control group. Conclusion Noninvasive ventilator pipes are centrally disposed in the disinfection supply center, and the cleaning and disinfection quality is obviously improved.
