为了获取简单易控的相位可变延迟器,实现不同波长入射光偏振态的可控调制,利用偏光干涉法获得了可见光波段液晶相位可变延迟器(LCVR)在π/2、π和2π相位延迟下驱动电压与入射光波长的关系特征曲线,测量结果具有很好的重复性。结果表明,LCVR所需的驱动电压随入射光波长按e指数规律递减,并拟合得到它们的函数关系式。该实验结果对于LCVR偏振控制系统的检测、设计、制作和使用都具有一定的参考价值。
In order to obtain a simple and easy-to-control phase variable retarder and to control the polarization state of incident light at different wavelengths, the phase shift of the liquid crystal phase variable retarder (LCVR) in π / 2, π and 2π Delay under the driving voltage and the wavelength of incident light characteristic curve, the measurement results with good repeatability. The results show that the driving voltage required for LCVR decreases with the wavelength of incident light according to the law of e index, and their function relations are fitted. The experimental results have certain reference value for the detection, design, manufacture and use of the LCVR polarization control system.
