随着航空工业技术的不断发展,动力装置控制系统测试平台技术水平发生了巨大的变化,具有测试信号多、接口类型多、测试数据大、数据处理复杂等特点。本文介绍一种基于PXI总线的飞机动力装置控制系统测试平台的设计方案,主要以我国正在研制的某型大型客机动力装置控制系统作为测试对象,采用主机-目标机形式,其中目标机采用PXI(PCI e Xtensions for Instrumentation,面向仪器系统的PCI扩展)架构,能完成飞机动力装置系统相关功能试验、相关系统交联试验和相关故障排除试验,为动力装置控制试验室的建设提供参考。
With the continuous development of the aviation industry technology, the technical level of the testing platform of the power plant control system has undergone tremendous changes. It has the characteristics of many test signals, many interface types, large test data and complicated data processing. This paper introduces a PXI bus-based aircraft power plant control system test platform design, mainly to our country is developing a large passenger aircraft power plant control system as a test object, the use of host - target form, in which the target machine using PXI ( PCIe Xtensions for Instrumentation, PCI expansion for instrumentation system) architecture, to complete the related functional testing of aircraft power system, related system cross-linking test and related troubleshooting test to provide reference for the construction of power plant control laboratory.
