针对塔河油田开发井目前推广新三级井身结构,二开裸眼段长、地层跨度大、岩性差别大、地质构造复杂并存在多个压力系统,因此钻进过程中极易出现井壁垮塌、缩径、井涌、井漏等复杂情况。针对这些技术难题,通过钻头优选、优化钻具结构、合理调整钻井参数、优化钻井液体系、分析地层岩性等方面介绍了提高长裸眼机械效率的技术及工艺方法。
Aiming at the development well of Tahe Oilfield, the new three-level wellbore structure is currently being popularized. The second open open-hole length, large stratigraphic span, large difference in lithology, complicated geological structure and multiple pressure systems make it easy to appear the borehole wall during drilling Collapse, diameter reduction, kick, well leakage and other complex situations. In view of these technical problems, the techniques and technological methods for improving mechanical efficiency of long-naked-eye are introduced by optimizing bit, optimizing drilling structure, adjusting drilling parameters, optimizing drilling fluid system and analyzing formation lithology.
