在传统的排球教学过程中,每一个学生的学习水平和能力都有一定的不同,这不能够照顾到每一位学生的学习,学生们也不能在这样的学习中获得更多的进步和发展。在这样的教学环境之下,学生们很难能够提起学习新知识新技术的兴趣。本文针对这样的问题,提出了大学排球教学中分层互助教学模式,并且进行一系列的研究,分析了其基本原则和相关的理论依据,在最后的大学排球教学中分层互助教学模式的实施过程中,提出了一系列的策略。
In the traditional volleyball teaching process, each student’s level of learning and ability are different, it can not take care of every student’s learning, students can not be in such learning to get more progress and development .
