QT间期离散度(QTd)是指体表12导联心电图不同导联之间最长QT与最短QT间期的差异程度,JT间期离散度(JTd)是指体表12导联心电图不同导联之间最长JT与最短JT间期的差值,它们均能反映心室肌复极化的不均一性。我们观察、分析了急性心肌梗塞(AMI)患者QTd、JTd的变化及其与室性心律失常发生的关系,现报道如下: 1 临床资料和方法 1.1 临床资料:46例AMI系1996年1月~1997年8月间发病后48小时内就诊的住院患者,均为透壁性AMI,确定AMI按1978年WHO诊断标准。早期室性心律失常统计以AMI三天内为限。
